The POP-OUT Trial is designed to answer the question: 'If a baby is in the occiput posterior or occiput transverse position during labour, does manual rotation reduce the chances of caesarean section, forceps, or vacuum delivery?'  In other words, does manual rotation improve the chances of a normal vaginal birth?
